2013 was a big year for mobile and responsive web design. Mobile traffic (industry dependant) has tripled in some cases, and as we said this time last year, mobile and responsive web design is now an essential aspect of all websites.

People are consuming from the internet in so many different ways; desktop computers, mobiles, tablets and more.

Revealing eMarketeer Australia’s “responsive” look

After working hard to keep our identity, but throw a modern spin into the mix, we’ve finished our latest website branding. It’s primary features are:

  • A completely responsive, one page design that will automatically adapt to whatever device the viewer is using. (What better way to showcase the need for responsive websites, right?)
  • Some pretty effects
  • Our logo has been slightly altered; no more full name
  • Social media integration

We’re very happy with our new look and feel – the internet is a fast paced environment, and we love racing to keep up with the times.

Other company news

2013 has been a successful year for eMarketeer Australia, and we’re looking forward to pushing into 2014 as a premium web development group and open source software contributor.

Our recent open source software release, PrettyPress (a WordPress plugin), has gained relative popularity within it’s fourth week of release, thanks to some press coverage coming from Germany, Italy and the USA.

Summarizing

I’d like to personally thank everyone who has worked with eMarketeer Australia throughout 2013, you’re the ones that allow us to do what we love.

Bring on 2014!
